Ubon
Rajathanee University Ubon Rajathanee University (UBU) was established as a public university under the Royal Charter in 1990. It is situated in Esarn, the north-eastern region of Thailand, in the strategically-important province of Ubon Ratchathani, bordered by the Mekhong River and Laos PDR to the east and Cambodia to the south. It is a rapidly growing institution serving the countrys national policy of education for all as a means of achieving sustainable development.
